Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund for workshop registrations within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
- You have not attended or accessed any workshop materials
- The refund request is made by the original purchaser
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@GenerationAI.in with your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Exceptions
Please note that certain conditions may apply to our refund policy:
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date
- No refunds will be issued for workshop registrations where you have accessed or attended any workshop materials
- No refunds will be issued for any bonuses or additional materials included with the workshop
Cancelled Workshops
In the event that we cancel a workshop for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of the workshop registration fee. We will notify you of the cancellation and refund process via email.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, you will be in violation of our refund policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and take appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.
